By accessing or using the KLIQ Pulse platform ("Service"), operated by KLIQ AI BV, a company registered in Belgium ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
KLIQ Pulse provides AI-powered shelf intelligence for field sales teams, including image recognition, SKU detection, dashboard analytics, and related tools available via web and mobile applications.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Access to the Service is provided under the commercial terms agreed between you and KLIQ AI BV. Any refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (c) upload malicious content; (d) interfere with the operation or security of the Service; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by KLIQ AI BV and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data or images you upload, but grant us a limited license to process them as necessary to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLIQ AI BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
